Problem with driver RTL 8139D Lan card in RouterOs

I have INTEX RTL 8139D LAN CARD it did not work with RouterOs

Is there a way to solve this problem ??????

the chipset is supported, it should be working then. check if the card works at all or if there is no resource conflict.

May operates without driver Additional ???????
