Help With CRS125

Wed Mar 18, 2015 7:49 pm

hello all
we just start work with CRS125 SW
first we have Cisco router and we config it as DHCP server also Vlan's and each Vlan have DHCP service
i do this config for CRS125
Code: Select all

/interface ethernet
set [ find default-name=ether24 ] mac-address=4C:5E:0C:9D:B0:6B name=\
"ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy"
set [ find default-name=sfp1 ] mac-address=4C:5E:0C:9D:B0:6C name="sfp1 Trunk"
/interface vlan
add interface="ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy" l2mtu=1584 name=Vlan99 vlan-id=99
/interface ethernet
set [ find default-name=ether1 ] mac-address=4C:5E:0C:9D:B0:54 master-port=\
"ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy"
set [ find default-name=ether2 ] mac-address=4C:5E:0C:9D:B0:55 master-port=\
"ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy"
set [ find default-name=ether3 ] mac-address=4C:5E:0C:9D:B0:56 master-port=\
"ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy"
set [ find default-name=ether4 ] mac-address=4C:5E:0C:9D:B0:57 master-port=\

set [ find default-name=ether7 ] mac-address=4C:5E:0C:9D:B0:5A master-port=\

set [ find default-name=ether23 ] mac-address=4C:5E:0C:9D:B0:6A master-port=\
"ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy" name="ether23 "
/interface ethernet switch trunk
add member-ports="sfp1 Trunk,ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy" name=trunk1
/port
set 0 name=serial0
/interface ethernet switch egress-vlan-tag
add tagged-ports=switch1-cpu vlan-id=99
add tagged-ports="ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy" vlan-id=100
add tagged-ports="ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy" vlan-id=102
add tagged-ports="ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy" vlan-id=105
add tagged-ports="ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy" vlan-id=110

,ether8,ether9,ether10,ether11,ether12,ether13,ether14,ether15,ether16,ether\
17,ether18,ether19,ether20,ether21 ,ether22 " sa-learning=yes
add new-customer-vid=102 ports="ether1,ether2,ether3,ether4,ether5,ether6,ether7\
,ether8,ether9,ether10,ether11,ether12,ether13,ether14,ether15,ether16,ether\
17,ether18,ether19,ether20,ether21 ,ether22 " sa-learning=yes
/interface ethernet switch port
set 23 qos-scheme-precedence=\
pcp-based,sa-based,da-based,dscp-based,protocol-based,vlan-based,pcp-based

everything work perfect for me and as i want Because we have many Cisco SW config in same way ((Trunk))
we face two problem now
1- if we need to set IP for this SW the CRS125 its can't see our network
2- also if try to search on winbox i cant see it the only way i need to connect to this SW direct not from the main Trunk Cisco SW
is there any Solution for this problems

Hi,

You should add a "connexion" between the switch and the CPU:
/interface ethernet switch vlan
add ports="ether24 SOSi Trunk Canopy,switch1-cpu" vlan-id=99
And add the ip address to the interface:
/ip address
add interface=Vlan99 address=a.b.c.d/24
By the way, are you sure it’s a good idea to give your interfaces names with spaces ?
