Due to AC power cut, Radius Server is not responding

Fri Jan 30, 2015 9:33 pm

Hello Guys,

this may appear like repeated, but it is not.

i have the mikrotik and the usermanager inside it is configured correctly and working normally now for around 10K vouchers generated and used, recently we are experiencing AC power cuts after the AC power returns the users face the error [Radius Server is not responding] i tried to find how to solve this problem but do not know what to do.

mean time, when i access to the userman http://127.0.0.1/userman and then insert the username and password the webpage is not loggin in, the Please Wait... dialog appears then the page holds and the userman is not opening?

If you're device is faulty so clearing and uploading database would be dangerous.
As I once talked to support they suggest my to clear my logs. It help me so much. for CPU load and error "Radius not responding"
also deleting session log after months is helpful.
