User manager time problem

Im use user manger on main router. the main router work also as ntp server.
in userman config (router and customer) i set the "time zone" parameter to "parent time zone" but stil i have bad time, six hour back , for example on router i have 15:00 but in userman 21:00 o the some time ... why ?

change on winbox timezone and apply back the right timezone (without click on undo)

Hi! Little late....same problema here, i fix it changing Router and customer time zone.

I'm sorry that I'm here at home so no access to my router in office which is now off.

In my setting I just remember that in ROUTER section you should choose "parent time" and in CUSTOMER section you should choose +5:30. this should work. I check my UM tomorrow.
