I have problem with CCR1036-12G-4S. It can't booting. I have try to connect with console interface. but it can't work.

I have tried every steep in this intruction, but not work. it's stuck on booting progress. When i push the reset button, no any indicator. eth 5 - 8 always lit yellow light. can anyone help that?
