i 'd like to do load balance and to know if i can use both at same time to improve the performace and has it has fail over just in case one of the connection does nt work or something happen.
also i have a apache server and i want to know what happen if one of the ISP fail how my apache server will still working cuz i have dynamic ip in both ISP and i use to keep my site up , everydns and dyndns.
