I had interesting issue today, and it possibly is a bug in NTP. I wonder if anybody had similar effect.
Exactly ad 02:00 am (UTC 00:00 +02:00) 5 of 9 CCRs in my network hanged. The boards aren't the same type, and also the software is different (from 6.20 to 6.29.1). They are also located in different towns! (vlans, IPs, etc) Interesting is, that all of those boards (that hanged) had NTP client status "synchronised"... Others didn't have any NTP config, or config was incomplete (status "started").
The situation can be related to time correction (leap second, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leap_second).
