Hello, could someone explain how the Mikrotik hotspot flow works?

Like:
Phone connect to the AP
Capsman check for the MAC address in the hotspot radius
Reject or accept
Then give a ip to the Phone

OR

Phone connect to the AP
Then give a ip to the Phone (gives mostly the captive portal, because the apple check is faster then accept radius)
Capsman check for the MAC address in the hotspot radius
Reject or accept


When its option 2, (first IP, then captive check) the the phone couldnt find the captive portal from apple so fast.
That will give a captive portal screen. Even if its ACCEPT after the radius check.

Option 1 will be better, then the phone checks the captive portal after the ACCEPT and dont give a captive screen when its accepted.
