The current version of this specific machine running MKT is 3.23 but my license is a lvl 5 one, upgradeable to v5.x . I want to upgrade it to the license's newest possible version, which must be 5.something. I dont know whats the newest v5 and I cant find it in MKT's download page.

Id like the help of you guys to know whats the newest version I can use with that license and where to find an official download link of it.

License does not limit version. You can install any version from our download page.

Wont I get any problem? If I install the v6.30.1 will it work properly, as a 5x version? Wont it ask me to install a new license in 24h or something like that? Its a running system and I cant take the risk of it stopping to work.

It should work fine.

The only devices that should not use v6 are MIPS-LE based RB133C, because they have small RAM size. Others should work fine. Even if somthing goes wrong during update, support will give you a new license.

I pasted the v6.30.1 into the files directory, rebooted the PC and after the entering winbox I got a msg about license issues. I Looked at the system>license tab and there was an ID number, License lvl = 0, and blank spaces for the rest. I re rebooted to get a print-screen of that first window to past here, but seems like it stopped rebooting. I cant access it by winbox anymore. its PPPoe server also does not answer, its not broadcasting its presence anymore as well, cant find it under "neighbors" in winbox login screen. Probably its not booting correctly. I gonna install a videocard on it and try to see whats going on. If you have any hint to me on what to look for, its very welcome.

if yes, email support. reinstall should revive the device

Ok, I managed to get it back to work with a CD I used on another machine a few months ago. Its not the latest version, its the 6.27 one. Restored the configuration with a backup file, and its working. But the License Issue persists. Heres the screen shot:
I dont know if the software ID should be hidden from the public for my own safety so let me know if its necessary and I will delete the picture later.

I dont have any support.rif file, neither purchase document. All I have are a lot of backup files. I will look into my mail box but theres some good 5 or 6 years since I bought it, dunno if Im going to find that email. What are my options if I didnt find that email?

I just found the old Software ID and the Software Key sent to me. A very very very old email, haha. How can we proceed?

How much time it takes for them to respond, usually? As you know I dont have much time, and I got no answer at all until now, only an automated reply.
