Hi all,

I just got my new toy today 750R2 (hexlite), and i got a PPTP VPN client set up, it connects fine
and routing seems to work...followed some instructions, i dont fully get what i did..
the NAT stuff.. but IPs on the VPN side are reach able

but DNS on the vpn side, doesnt work...

is there a way to have the router get the dns servers from the vpn side?
i know when i connect to the VPN on a windows machine using the built in PPTP adaptor
it does (10.35.101.7 & 10.35.101.251)

i surmise if i add them to the DNS server list in the router it works, but then its not really part of the PPTP
ie, if the VPN is disabled, they would still be there
no? right?

im a bit of a newbie on this advanced routing

but i gotta say, this is the most powerful router i have ever owned
