I have user manager with various profiles and quota limits for users.
Is there any possibility that the system can send warning email/sms alert to users who reaches 80% of there quota limit?

Can we do it with any script or likewise? The email should be send only one time when user crosses 80% of his assigned quota and more email should be send only once his account get renewed and reaches again at 80%) I hope every one will understand it.

(In another case I also have freeradius/mysql base billing system can it be done any example?)
