I'm looking to build a couple of access points for indoor and one for outdoor (doesn't have to be full waterproof because it will be below the roof).

Like to have:
1 Gigabit port
5ghz wireless
2,4ghz wireless
Poe

I wan't to stay with mikrotik and use capsman. What do you recommend?

Basebox 2 will be ok, and i can add pci 5ghz if it would be necessary like you said. Now i got all covered.

Definitely. But remember that coverage depends on the Client as well as the AP. If the client is a smartphone, no matter what device will be the AP, the distance limit will be around 100m
