Is it possible to make a Site-to-Site VPN with the Azure Resource Manager? I'm unable to get a successful connection as it throws an error stating phase1 negotiation failed due to time up and also when I enable ipsec debugging, I can see an error NO-PROPOSAL-CHOSEN notify message, phase1 should be deleted.
