I have make a error configfiguration so i cant connect me with the router board.
how can i reset the device.
i have test power down press reset wait until act led is flashing release reset button
but that dont works

any idea

Have you tried to connect by mac from winbox? on different ether ports?

Reset button push timing could be tricky as you may be entering netinstall mode which is the last mode it will enter while pushing reset.

If you cannot connect to it by mac, try a netinstall http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall once you set up everything, just keep pressing reset until the 3011 appears on netinstall.

i have check it on different ether ports but its not possible, also with winbox with the mac adress theres no way to connect.
i will test your solution with netinstall

i have install the files with netinstall, but when i power down and up the rb the device have the old settings

Yep, for RB3011 npk should be ARM platform.

This model also has an RJ-45 serial console port which makes netinstall and config change/restore much easier if there has been a config change that keeps you out of the router.

Today I did reinstall of my 3011...
First time I tryed to put it in "recovery" mode using reset buttun on back side. No luck

You have to connect by serial console, power off/on router and next press any key when You see note on serial console that You can enter into boot config.
