I have to make a litle question in here on howto make the best solution using Mikrotik ROuters.
In the HQ I've got a Mikrotik CCR0109-8G-1S-1S+PC
on 3 location Branch office I have Mikrotik HeX  The HQ Router should be the Preffered Master Hos - where all Offices are connected to
On HQ will allso be several servers with should be able to be reach from all offices

How is the best way to make this setup ( I've already trried several Guides with out any succes

So polease guide me to the right solutiuon for this setup!
