Hi,
Whats the difference between CCR and the RB series? I have RB3011 in my home, a very nice product. I have a customer that need a very reliable router in their home, and I wonder
if the CCR are better, faster etc?
You seem to be willing to insist on CCR. In that case CCR1009 series should be more then enough for home use. Take a closer look at CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+PC model- PC stands for "passive cooling"; no fans- no noise.Maybe the CCR1016-12G it´s a okay router?

No, but is not CCR faster... more professional? Noise is no problems, all the stuff are located in a special room in the basement
Money is no problems here
If money is not a problem then buy most expensive one 72 core CCR
Hahaha! But is the CCR more "professional" than the RB series? This customer like "over kill products" He wants the best.
Additionally you should buy a good switch to get to the requested number of ethernet ports, when more than
available on the router, from another company (MikroTik don't make good switches).
Yes I´m going to buy a good POE switch for the cams etc... Are the Ubiquiti´s good choice?
I am not so familiar with PoE switches using the "el cheapo method".... we have lots of PoE switches but all for 802.3af standard PoE.Yes I´m going to buy a good POE switch for the cams etc... Are the Ubiquiti´s good choice?
