Do you have correct IP address on your PC and connected to router (ether2)? Can you ping your router from computer?

If you can't, you can reset your router to default settings and then get connection to router. Router should by default have DHCP Server enabled and you get 192.168.88.254 IP. Router IP is network first 192.168.88.1.

Hello,
I want to connect to my router from out of its network. I want to connect to it via its valid IP address.

Maybe you don't have the IP services for www/ssh/telnet/winbox (whatever you want to use) enabled, or you
may have installed one or more "input" firewall rules that block the connection?

www service is enabled.
I think my issue is related to Firewall rules. Who can I check it?

Please correct me if I have misunderstood, but my understanding is that you want to connect to the WebFig page using the External IP address?

In this case, you are going to need to create an input firewall rule that allows tcp port 80 and stick it up above any deny rules

yup - that should allow traffic on port 80 from anywhere, try it on your public IP address :)
