Hi, I want to make 2 wireless client only to be able to see Mikrotik as a server (gateway) but not to be able to see each other.

On the wireless interface, disable "Default Forward" then using firewall rules in the forward chain block them from each other. Remember to put your router in to "Safe Mode" (CTRL-X) when doing firewall changes.
