Cant update

Hi i have ccr 1036 and cant update auto from mikrotik it say ERROR : Connection Timeout
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

No i have internet but i think device cant find SRC ip

yes has access

i think its for device ip its my network getway but it has private ip check image
