I have a few RB 112’s deployed in the field, all have two radios, one is a 2.4Ghz access point, the other is a 5Ghz backhaul running in WDS-Slave mode. All routers in the network are running RSTP-Bridge.

We have multiple setups deployed like this and all RB532’s work fine, however with the 112’s, intermittently we can not ping their IP address (assigned to bridge) or MAC-Telnet these, whereas the 532’s are always fine in this scenario.

Does anyone else have this or a similar issue?

I did get one going with a workaround of putting it into Station-WDS mode, it is now 100% reliable, however I don’t want to do this as I need a full mesh network.
