Hi,
I've got a Mikrotik router connected to a ISP Cable modem (in bridge mode). The Mikrotik router has received a public IP adress from my ISP via DHCP.
On the Mikrotik router I have configured a IPsec Site 2 Site VPN. This is using the Public IP address and is working fine.
Would it be possible to also add a configuration for a Point 2 site VPN using L2TP protocol? I would like to use the P2S VPN to connect to my home network and from there connect/hop to the connected networks configured in the S2S. I'm wondering if this will give any conflict with my existing S2S VPN. Can the two exist next to each other and use the same public IP address on the Mikrotik as end-point?
Any advice on this would be appreciated.
regards,
Peter
PS. I understand L2TP is the most common option for a P2S VPN on a Mikrotik device.
