How Can I reload my Image - I've tried several times the netinstall - but without any luck - With Windows Firewall disabled etc - No device discovered.
Tried with upgrade over serial with Xterm(ExtraPutty) - so cant get any further without your help

What to do in this situation

It looks like you had a NAND corruption.
You will need to use Netinstall to format and install the current RouterOS for the Tile processor.
It's a fairly simple process, but you will need a PC/notebook with Windows XP or 7. Netinstall does not work in a VM.
You may also want to use the serial console to enter setup and format the NAND before using Netinstall.

Sorry, I didn't finish reading that.

What version of Windows? You also need to be plugged into ethernet port 9 (should be labeled POE/BOOT)
