i have some easy task to do but i don't have enough knowledge in mt scripting to to it

1st- i want to disable any interface that reaches a 10gb limit in rx traffic
the server will reboot every day @ 6 am clearing the usage for the interfaces and a script will enable the interfaces @ 6:03 am

2nd- i want a script to export the usage off the interfaces to a .txt file named by the interface name so i can monitor my entire usage from the start of the month to any given date in it
it would be great if that can make a line for every new day by its date in the interface file
like
wan1.txt
1 dec tx 1856mb rx 8950 mb
2 dec tx 2400 mb rx 10240mb
total till the last day tx xxxx mb rx xxxxx mb
so on for all the interfaces
