VPN Connection constantly terminating

Hello,

I have set up a VPN L2TP connection between my home (where the RB750 is) and my office, where I connect through a Windows 10 pc. This was working during one week, and suddenly, two weeks ago, the connection constantly drops.

I am almost sure that the problem is on the side of my office, in either the ISP or the desktop I am using to connect. Could someone please just drop me a comment to be sure?

Can't believe no one is able to even drop a simple "yes" or "no"...

Ive got the same issue with a RB1100 and a CCR1016.

As long as I dont use a lot of bandwith the tunnel is stable.
When downloading I get a speed of about 5-6MB/s and after aprox 60 seconds the tunnel drops.

Problem persist after update to 6.37.3

Hello!
I have the same problem with the RB3011 FW version 6.37.3. Details:
- disconnects occur only for Windows clients, MacOS & IOS VPN clients work well;
- VPN connection terminating when copying large files (160 mb or more).

Hello, and thanks. At least I don't feel alone anymore.

And yes, it happens with Windows clients. Neither OS or MAC ever disconnect...
