But when a client tries to connect to this cap, the manager loses the connection to the interface, indicating the log "00: 00: 00: 00: 00 @ AP Recepcion-1 disconnected, interface disabled".

The cap finds the manager for IP and both the manager and all caps have version 6.38. The manager's firmware is 3.33 and hAPs 3.36.
