Dear,
After an upgrade mikrotik on x86 machine from 6.38 to 6.38.1, the firewall rules' port matcher becomes inactive in winbox.
If I apply the rule from the enclosed screen previously applied port matcher is deleted. Setting the port matcher is working using the terminal. Same filed are inactive if i try to create a new one.

It's a bug of Winbox 3.8. You can download fixed version. Next time you should first read forums & changelogs.
