RB951Ui-2HnD for fibre connection
#1

Hi,
Can I use a RB951Ui-2HnD for a fibre connection as a layer 3 switch/router.
The isp uses static ip to connect and they have given me the IP address and all the details I need.
How do i setup this router so i can connect to the internet?

Does the fiber connect to a modem and then with ethernet to your device?
If so you can just reset the router to default and plug the cable into port 1.
Usually the isp would automatically assign the public ip to that interface.
