Monitoring Network

Hi ,
I need Help to Configure a SYSlog Server to work with Mikrotik , i tried Webproxy Log and KIWI Server and other Software all are not working well or never worked.
my needs are:
have mikrotik PPPoE Server were my Customers are Connected and i need to monitor what kind of website they visit and store it for 12 months .
prefer to have a solution were to show PPPoE User name and website domain not the IP Address (only if Possible).
any one have done this before please an config helping von server and MIkrotik.

In short answer..

Create your own Actions on remote type with webproxy, pppoe.
Remember to check "BSD Syslog".
All next is filtering/sorting/parsing data into destination syslog server.
