3011 SNMP issue?

Mon Jul 10, 2017 10:17 pm

Hi all,

I have two identical 3011 units that operate in a twin datacenter setup with VRRP.
Last week there was a (scheduled) power cutoff at site A, the 3011 there went without power.
No problem, it got back up once the power was restored. But since then there are four SNMP values that aren't available anymore.

When I do an snmpwalk of the following items, the unit that experienced the power outage returns up empty, though the other unit is returning the right values.

MIKROTIK-MIB::mtxrSerialNumber.0
MIKROTIK-MIB::mtxrFirmwareVersion.0
voltage: .1.3.6.1.4.1.14988.1.1.3.8.0 - MIKROTIK-MIB::mtxrHlVoltage.0
temperature: .1.3.6.1.4.1.14988.1.1.3.10.0 - MIKROTIK-MIB::mtxrHlTemperature.0

Zabbix returns: SNMP error: (noSuchName) There is no such variable name in this MIB.
And Zabbix returns all the correct values for the other 3011.

When I look in WebFig or in the CLI, the values show up fine, it's just the SNMP that is acting up.
Reboot didn't help it. Any suggestions? Both on same firmware 6.35.4
