We have a MK3011(Server1) in 1 location and other MK751(server2) in other location.

We want to setup a vpn using PPTP between both devices.

We have a PPPoE Server1, we want to authenticate PPP users behind our server2 over the tunnel of the vpn.

pppoe server===server1===pptpt====internet===server2===ppp clients

Is posible?

Not with a PPTP tunnel no, it will not forward L2 packets as it is not a L2 tunneling protocol.

Now, I am not suggesting you do this but you could create an EoIP over PPTP, which then will allow PPPoE to traverse. All you are doing though is creating tunnels for the sake of tunnels. What is the purpose for PPPoE across the tunnel to begin with?
