I'm a complete routeros noob working with a cloud core router ccr-1036 12g-4s

Eth 1 is the input from my ISP, eth 2 I'm able to access the internet across multiple devices, however on eths 3-12 I get no connectivity, I see slight traffic when I plug a laptop into the eths but besides that, nada.

From what I can tell interface 2 and X(interface my laptop is currently plugged into) are programmed the same. My laptop that is plugged into X accesses the internet fine on 2. Any suggestions or pointers to something I'm completely missing would be helpful.
