I have the same problem: when there is some load on the stick it sometimes disconnects and won't reconnect unless the router is rebooted. Is there any fix for this issue? I put (rather: hacked) the E3372 in LTE mode (as some reports indicate that issue persists in PPP mode only), but to no avail :(

I think it depends on the power requirement of the LTE stick.
The router probably has not enough power supply capacity to supply the stick at full power.
Some people have reported better results when using a separate powered USB hub.
I have never tested that, but I have seen those interruptions as well. However, we use the LTE only as
a fallback link when the normal internet connection fails, sp it rarely is a problem here.

i am also having the a similar issue with a rb2011uas-2hnd and a e3372h-607. after downloading a few files for a minute or so the connection drops and router reboots. i am using the latest 6.41rc11 and have even tried the 5v usb power injector https://shop.duxtel.com.au/product_info ... cts_id=105 but still have issues.

any ideas on what i can try now?

I too have this issue and tried the latest RC, but to no avail. I have the very same problem with the E8372 stick. When there will be a fix for this problem? Or is there any workaround for it?

Anyone tried to use it with an external powered USB hub?

Of course, a lot of people use it as a "backup" line, which is correct. Only when "shit happens" (for example, a dog started to make a hole in the ground to hide the bone, and hit the fibre under ground, and bit the cable to pieces).....

So now in stead of 250 Mbit, you bow have a "poor" 5 Mbit over LTE (do not forget, that all other people in the neighbourhood also will fall back to LTE, since the fibre provided connectivity to the entire city area).

And THAT is the case, when a lot of data will be transferred over the LTE stick, and then it disconnects. Exactly (!) at the time when you really need it.

Confirmed, it does not work, the problem still occurs!
