Hi,

I know when can send a Wake On Lan packet from Mikrotik to wake another device.

But whether i need to enable something in Mikrotik Router so that it can be wake up when it receives a magic packet from a different router?
Basically i need to wake up Mikrotik Router from another router.

I tried this but the mikrotik router is not waking up.

Whether i need to do any configuration or enable something on Mikrotik router?

The models I know of do not support Wake on LAN on input....

Mikrotik devices dont support WOL. If you shutdown the device, you will have to power on manually.
