help me with this please

hi all
i want to modify the requested url
my internet provider modify all my url and add to it an ip and port so ican't open any website
example
i try to access http://www.google.com i found the url become to http://213.158.173.252:9091/?url=www.google.com
i want to remove the ip in the front and the port

any help

How about contacting your ISP to complain?

my ISP do this when i exceeded my quota and reduce the internet speed too

i complained and others do but all useless

Don't exceed your quota then. Or pay for what you use. Or change your ISP.

wow rude much? in some countries they allow people to have a limited amount of quota so they can't really pay more to get more.
You don't have to disrespect others for asking a question, if it was bothering you so much then simply don't answer, we don't need your cancer here
