If i doing EOIP tunneling over 3 router. Then Router 1 can be communicated with router 2 and router 3. Router 2 and Router 3 can be communicated with rotuer 1. But Router 2 and Router 3 can not communicate with each other.

How can i solve it please help...

Paste export here of all 3 routers. If you want to ping LAN of each router, you need select a source IP. Also paste the scheme. They are connected in a triangle with rstp or like a cascade?

Why you didn't bridged ethernet interfaces with EoIP tunnels on every router? EoIP is layer 2 merging, not layer 3.

Your LANs in different subnets. What for you did them like this? You need to manage routing between them, not L2 tunneling.

If you want to merge all hosts in 192.168.0.0/22, you need assign this subnet on LAN interface of each LAN interface of each router. Like ip address add interface=bridge1 address=192.168.0.1/22, 2nd router 192.168.0.2/22 and 3rd 192.168.0.3/22. Then you have to bridge eath LAN interface with EoIP interface. After you bridge them, you will have full mesh connectivity on layer 2, and each host will be reachable on every router on arp level. Don't forget to reassign dhcp pools.
