Reset it and use default login admin with blank password.

Assuming you have a backup the reset and restore will be very quick.

Before resetting, let us know which ways have you tried to login?there is an error in user/password? Does is say "connection" but nothing happens? have you tried with ip or MAC? Have you tried Winbox or web interface?

Download and install WInbox, this will give you the ability to search the L2 for your MikroTik device and if it has an IP assigned show you what it is. Winbox will also allow you to manage the device much more smoothly then webfig.Hello Miktotik team.
