RouterBoard 200 Password Recovery

How can I do a password recovery for a RouterBoard 200. I have tried reset CMOS and no luck.

you mean the admin password for RouterOS? simply reinstall RouterOS:

No, its a RouterBoard with V 2.8 installed

Routerboards are running the RouterOS operating system. So the password is the RouterOS password. There is no other password. To reset the password - follow the guidelines in the link i gave you

Done that but my NIC keeps showing disconnected - reconnected sign. meanwhile, what the default username and password?

login: admin and no password. you have to configure the routerboard now as it has lost the settings. run the `setup` command. more info in the manual (you already have the link)

Its taking time to boot from the NetInstall. Over 10 minutes and it didnt go thru.

can't be. check if you are doing everything correctly. try to connect to the router directly from your windows computer - with a crossover cable router to PC. tell me if there are any error messages on the console of routerboard, or in netinstall.
