i have a router board 532 i want to install three SR2's into it and then run Nstreme with 40 clients on each interface . i want to know if the router board will be able sto handle this lient load or if i should installl it into a p4 machince?

RB 532 will not have enough power to support 3 high power cards

And by power he means AMPERE, so the RB532's power supply cannot provide enough electrical power for three high-power cards...
