IKEv2 and public IP

I have fallow the manual on mikrotik wiki and successful configure
ikev2 tunnel from my win10 laptop.

when I type www.whatismyip.com I always get LTE address instead of my IKEv2 router/server in office.
Is it possible to make IKEv2 to do the same as PPtP?

Please do a route print from cmd on the laptop and post the results.
