Can't Install Updates ("ERROR: could not save package")

I can't install updates because I'm interrupted by the message "ERROR: could not save package".
This problem only exists on one of my MikroTiks.
Does anyone recognize this symptom? Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the /file or "File" menu — it might be you've got a big autosupout.rif file clogging up the flash drive.
