I use ADSL unlimited and planning to use limited connection (1 GB a month and will be charge for additional megabyte) for office use. I use firewall & web proxy to limit the internet usage, block images, website, etc.
1. How to know total traffic upload & download of an interface (each day)?
2. How to know total traffic upload & download of each connected IP Address (each day)?
3. How to know what sites they are open? because i can only see the IP from MikroTik, not the domain.

what is your suggestion if you were me in this situation? what is your plan?, so will not over quota and get charged for additional megabytes.

3. You would need to force everyone through a proxy server, whether the one on the Mikrotik box or another one and correlate the logs.
