Bad quality on customers links

Thu Oct 11, 2018 8:13 am

HI!
Recently the quality (CCQ) of our customer's links got down. I had around 90-100% of quality but now is 50-70%!!!

I already made the next stuffs:

i changed the frequency mading a spectrum analysis
i changed the bandwith channel
i separated the transmission antenas to avoid interference between them
i connected the half of customers in one antenna and the rest in the other one (i thought could be a overwork (around 80 customers) )
i changed TDMA timer
the CPU isn't overworking so i think isn't the problem
i don't connect a customer if its link have not good signal strength

any ideas?

Bad ccq in most cases (no defect on Antenna / AP) is Interference,
Put Spectral Scan here, and we will have a look

It's already done dude! The problem was the MCS's values. I chose another one and it works! Thanks anyway
