Dear MikroTikers,

I have RouterOS installed in a school where most of the students have laptops. I would like to prevent access to the WWW between 19:00 - 21:00 using their MAC address.

I would also like the network locked down to new users. If a new student tries to connect to the network, I want this prevented until I have his MAC address and it is entered into the system with the necessary time restrictions.

What is the best way of doing this?
