Maybe you should have a look to this thread, where I've posted a couple of hints ... not shure if splynx have or allows full access to dictionaries of their radius service.
I've build something like that for my customer-service-gateway ... not fully productive yet, but I'm pretty happy with it till now.
Guess, what I've seen, splyx is a intention for midsize to large deployments ... not shure, if the scripts reach the score ... give it a try.
