This whole thing is new to me. Did anyone set up a hotspot in combination with a coinchecker?
I mean, person goes to vending machine, inserts one coin. Machine prints ticket and customer can type in the code on his laptop.
I´d like to use the wh coinchecker by

and any small printer.

Well, how much would be prepared to pay? 
We were thinking about something like this last year, but interest was very low. You probably will have to pay somewhat more than at least 700 EUR for that, I suppose.
Anyone else interested in something like this? (I.e. "select ticket type" => "insert coin" => "user account is created and ticket printed")

Mostly hardware.
You have to have at least:
- a coin checker (obviously
)
- a ticket printer
- a display and some keys for selecting the time you want to purchase and for user interaction
- a connection to the hotspot to actually create the user account etc.
- something (embedded board) controlling all of this

Depends. You have to spend several hundred Euro alone to get a decent coin-checker, ticket printer, enclosure, display, ... It's not that the quoted 700 Euro would give me 200 Euro profit per device
But of course this could be made simpler.
How simple depends on your needs.
What do you actually want to have as a minimum feature-set?
