I am unable to connect with my mikrotik rb9511ui-2HnD router through winbox.i only have deleted local brige.winbox only gets 0.0.0.0 ip and when i tried to connect with mac it displays could not connect with .........

winbox MAC connection is limited to interfaces itemized in interface list named LAN. By default, sole member is bridge which you managed to remove. If IP access is gone as well, then I'm affraid that you can only reset the configuration to default (by pressing the button on device while powering up, look up exact procedure applicable to your device).

For the future: both winbox and CLI have possibility of enabling "safe mode". If management connection breaks while safe mode is enabled, any change done while safe mode is enabled gets reverted.
