routerboard resets itself

Wed Apr 11, 2007 11:07 pm

hi,

i'm using a routerboard RouterBOARD 532a and administer it using Winbox V2.9.34. two days ago, the routerboard reset itself clearing all counters. it appears it rebooted itself since uptime reflected that. however, i'm not sure why "simple queues" counters all reset during this time. we rely on these counters to bill for overages and due to this reset, we've lost all data for april.

is this a known bug?

also, is there a way to export these counters to a text format so we can import them into another app to calculate overages for billing? currently we have to write down by hand the total usage each month for roughly 100 users. this is very tedious and time consuming so i was hoping there was another form of accounting i can use other than simple queues.
