Hello everyone,
for load balancing we want to write a script so that if router cannot ping another router or routers so it should change all the speed for its pppoe connection to 1MB , so if the link is down and traffic starts to go through it(its already using its maximum speed) so it will change it to 1 MB and other connections can also use it some of its speed.
