Is it possible to do a 17.5km link that would carry two E1 lines (that ~ 5mbps) using the Atheros 5Ghz 100mW radio and 26dbi mesh stelladoradus antenna?

If yes, would EoIP give a good latency?

We are doing 15Km with 5Ghz (5.4) cards at 17 dB with stella doradus SD19 (5Ghz) antennas. Side A = 80 meters Side B = 35 meters. Throughput is around the 7 Mbit ftp traffic. Going to test it next week with 28 dB dishes
