Very encouraging news.we are working on this for multicore devices, but it takes some time
yup. when MikroTik finish moving ROS to ZOL from mainstream/vanialla linux kernels - scalability and response of ROS will skyrocketing, for sure. How about MetaRouter on the CCR with Docker containers?
Then I can run all my Telecoms switches in Docker containers on on 72 core CCR's
Good bye x64 Servers !

TWO CRS1016-24!
thats a new reference of mikrotik????
It is more than 2 and a half year since that statement, with nothing new.we are working on this for multicore devices, but it takes some time
it has never existed on CCRsI dont get why MT removed it
I know i meant including on the other RBs. multicore RBs never had it so i was suggesting to just let us have metarouter on multicore RBs even if each instance is restricted to 1 core and if the OS to be installed would need to be compiled for the particular CPU architecture. This would give the CCR an edge as you can upgrade the ram of the CCR1036 and the CCR1072 comes with 16GB of ram, plenty of ram and cores with a suitable architecture for running many virtual routers with its mesh.it has never existed on CCRsI dont get why MT removed it
it depends on the CPU architecture, not the number of CPUs per device, as I can see...I know i meant including on the other RBs. multicore RBs never had it so i was suggesting to just let us have metarouter on multicore RBs
You aren't serious, aren't you?any news ?
